After selecting dimensions (eg Product Group in rows and Year in columns) and measures (eg. Net Sales Value and Gross Profit %) you can save the workbook and it will automatically refresh every time you open it.
If your ERP supports it, locii Insight also has a full suite of CRM dimensions (eg. age group, post code, marital status) and you combine these dimensions in any report. The locii Insight CRM functionality includes tools that help you target customers for new products by analysing previous buying behavior and more experienced users can exploit the data mining add-in.
Partnering with AGI Teleconnect Insight offers targeted SMS / email marketing functionality. A simple Excel interface allows you to instantly scan tens of millions of sales transactions and target customers based on their buying patterns and demographics. This allows you to target marketing for new products or promotions rather than using, often irritating, bulk messaging. The AGI Teleconnect interface can also feed back data to the Insight database, for example in the case of TV advertised competitions that require customers to send an SMS. Insight can send electronic customer loyalty points statements and even send Pivot Table analysis so that customers can analyse their own purchases.
